Get a Mac!
The latest batch of “get-a-mac” ads are now out. I simply love the concept for these ads. Its so reflective of how it really is in the real world with PCs versus Macs. Yeah, I know they can be taken as nothing but pure PC bashing cr@p. But hey! It is after all, a campaign for people to get a Mac.

Please don’t get me wrong here. I actually play both sides of the fence. I have more than one PC at home and find a lot of use for them. In addition to that, I even use Windows on a daily basis for my office work. But I think anyone who has ever used a PC can easily relate to the ads. And I’m pretty much sure fellow Mac users find these ads at the very least funny.
The link below provides access to the previous releases (all ads since 2006) as well. So everyone just sit back, watch and enjoy!

Don’t blame me. It’s not my fault that you see me working on a computer system that is very easy to use, and doesn’t give me too much worries.
I usually look at the Get a Mac ads from a marketing perspective. Coming from a visual communication background you should note that each ad usually delivers only one benefit, and is presented straight and true, but lighthearted and funny. Swak sa pinoy ang humour.
